APSC
The Area Planning and Services Committee (APSC) on Aging with Lifelong Disabilities, in operation since 2003, has set as its purposes: Identifying existing services and service needs; Improving communication and collaboration among service providers; Providing cross-training on both aging and developmental disabilities; Offering educational forums for the community; Raising public awareness about aging with lifelong disabilities; and Planning for emerging issues related to aging with a lifelong disability.
